| Pros: Fortunately I was able to return it and get a refund. |

| Cons: Contrary to information provided on website and catalog, this product ONLY works with version 10.4.8 on a Mac based on my personal experience. It does not appear to work with higher versions than that. When I tried installing it on my MacBook Pro system running 10.5.8 I got a message indicating it would only work with 10.4.8 (no "+") and would not finish the installation. Consequently I had to return it. |

| Other Thoughts: Perhaps Cyberguys should test it themselves before indicating on their website and print catalog that this product works on Macs running 10.4.8+ |
