This low-profile 5" x 8" wall plate makes it possible to mount flat screen TVs flush against the wall on 1/2" or 5/8" drywall where there's a wall cavity of at least 3/4". Use it for retrofit installations when using furring strips on concrete block walls, or use between studs as small as a 2x2. There's lots of room inside for multiple cables and brackets for tying them off, keeping the installation neat and organized.
