| Pros: Easy to install. These switch boxes have been in my locations for years. No complete failures. |
| Cons: The knob to switch back and forth is made of plastic and over time will break. Keep in mind that I'm using these in a pizza shop so they employees aren't exactly gentle with them. I'd say that out of the 35 I'm using at least a third have a broken knob. They've been installed for about 5 years. |
| Other Thoughts: I'm ordering more to replace the units with broken knobs. I also have one that is giving a purplish tint to one of the screens. I think the input is loose. |

| Pros: I purchased this data transfer switch to share an external monitor between 2 laptops, one of which travels with me and one which is used more like a desktop and installed permanently in my home office. Have been using it about a week. Works great! |

| Other Thoughts: Fairly small footprint makes it handy to use on a bookshelf next to one of the computers -- convenient, but out of the way. Solidly constucted and sturdy. The ports are tight and switching is solid. Quick, easy set-up. I'll probably be purchasing a couple more to use for different expanded display configurations and with VGA crossover switchboxes to share displays between several computers networked throughout the house and home office. I'd definitely recommend this one. |
